Welcome to AutoSpa. By downloading or using our mobile application you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the App.
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You will provide accurate complete and up-to-date registration information and you will keep that information current. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Our services are offered through prepaid subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel through the App. All payments are processed by a licensed third-party provider and we never store your card details. Promo codes must be used within their stated validity and usage limits.
Your subscription includes a fixed number of car washes each month for the vehicles registered on your plan and unused washes do not roll over. To redeem a wash present the active QR code generated inside the App at an authorised branch.
You will use the App only for lawful purposes in a manner consistent with Saudi laws regulations customs and Islamic values. You will not post transmit or encourage any content that is offensive harmful threatening or illegal.
To the fullest extent permitted by law AutoSpa is not liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.

مرحباً بك في أوتو سبا. يُعدّ تحميلك أو استخدامك للتطبيق موافقة منك على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
يجب أن يكون عمرك ثمانية عشر عاماً على الأقل وان تكون مؤهلاً قانوناً للتعاقب بموجب أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
تُقدّم معلومات التسجيل بشكل دقيق وكامل وتُحدّثها عند الحاجة. أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك وعن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور. أبلغنا فوراً إذا لاحظت أي استخدام غير مصرح به.
تُقدّم خدماتنا عبر اشتراكات مدفوعة مسبقاً وتتجدد تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة ما لم تُلغِ الاشتراك من داخل التطبيق. تُعالج المدفوعات عبر جهة مرخّصة خارجية ولا نُخزّن بيانات بطاقتك. أكواد الخصم صالحة خلال فترتها وحدود استخدامها المعلنة.
يمنحك الاشتراك عدداً محدداً من غسلات السيارات شهرياً للمركبات المسجلة ضمن خطتك ولا تُرحّل الغسلات غير المستخدمة إلى الشهر التالي. لتفعيل الغسيل يُعرض رمز الاستجابة السريعة النشط الصادر من التطبيق في أحد الفروع المعتمدة.
تُستخدم التطبيق فقط للأغراض المشروعة وبما يتوافق مع الأنظمة والتنظيمات والعادات والقيم الإسلامية السائدة في المملكة. لا يُسمح بنشر أو إرسال أو الترويج لأي محتوى مسيء ضار مُهدد أو غير قانوني.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون لا تتحمل أوتو سبا أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو الخدمات. تقتصر المسؤولية الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة على أي مطالبة.
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديلات موافقة عليها. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وتُحال أي نزاع إلى القضاء السعودي المختص.
Privacy Policy

We collect your name phone number optional email address vehicle details brand model plate number subscription and payment history and usage data such as wash logs and interactions with features. We do not collect precise location or access your contacts camera or microphone unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature.
We use this information to create and manage your account process payments communicate service updates and offers improve the App and provide customer support. We never sell or rent your personal data.
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the App such as our payment processor SMS gateway and push notification service under strict confidentiality obligations. We will also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights safety or property.
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information. You may access update or delete your personal data at any time through the profile section of the App. You may also withdraw consent or request account deletion by contacting support.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services or to comply with legal obligations. If we transfer data outside the Kingdom we ensure the recipient country offers adequate protection in line with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
Changes to this policy will be posted inside the App and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

نُجمّع اسمك ورقم هاتفك والبريد الإلكتروني اختيارياً وتفاصيل مركبتك الماركة الموديل رقم اللوحة وسجل الاشتراكات والمدفوعات وبيانات الاستخدام مثل سجل الغسلات وتفاعلاتك مع الميزات. لا نُجمّع الموقع الدقيق ولا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون إلا إذا منحت إذناً صريحاً لميزة محددة.
نستخدم هذه المعلومات لإنشاء وإدارة حسابك معالجة المدفوعات التواصل لإرسال تحديثات الخدمة والعروض تحسين التطبيق وتقديم الدعم. لا نبيع أو نؤجر بياناتك أبداً.
يجوز مشاركة البيانات مع مزودي الخدمة الموثوقين الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق مثل معالج الدفع بوابة الرسائل القصيرة وخدمة الإشعارات بموجب التزامات سرية صارمة. نُفصح عن البيانات أيضاً عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك أو لحماية حقوقنا أو سلامتنا أو ممتلكاتنا.
نُطبق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية وفق معايير الصناعة لحماية معلوماتك. يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تحديثها أو حذفها في أي وقت من خلال قسم الملف الشخصي في التطبيق كما يمكنك سحب الموافقة أو طلب حذف الحساب بالاتصال بالدعم.
نُحتفظ بالبيانات فقط طالما كانت ضرورية لتقديم الخدمات أو الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. إذا نُقلت البيانات خارج المملكة نتأكد من أن الدولة المستفيدة توفر حماية كافية بما يتماشى مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي.
سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه السياسة داخل التطبيق ويُعد استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التغييرات موافقة عليها.
