1. Introduction Welcome to AutoSpa ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application (the "App") and the services we offer. By creating an account and using our App, you agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts

  • You must register for an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the recurring fees for the package you have selected.

  • All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Moyasar. We do not store your credit card details.

  • Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, yearly) as selected at the time of purchase.

  • Renewals: Unless you cancel your subscription through the App, it will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.

  • Promo Codes: Promo codes are subject to the specific terms of each campaign, including but not limited to expiration dates and usage limits.

4. Service Usage

  • Your subscription provides a set number of car washes per month for the cars registered under your plan, as defined by your selected package.

  • Wash limits are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused washes from a previous cycle do not roll over.

  • Services must be redeemed by presenting the valid QR code generated by the App at one of our official branches.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoSpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4. استخدام الخدمة

  • يوفر لك اشتراكك عددًا محددًا من غسلات السيارات شهريًا للمركبات المسجلة تحت خطتك، كما هو محدد في باقتك المختارة.

  • يتم إعادة تعيين حدود الغسيل في بداية كل دورة فوترة. الغسلات غير المستخدمة من دورة سابقة لا يتم ترحيلها.

  • يجب استلام الخدمات عن طريق تقديم رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR code) الصالح الذي يتم إنشاؤه بواسطة التطبيق في أحد فروعنا الرسمية.

5. حدود المسؤولية

  • إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تكون "أوتو سبا" مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو الخدمات.

  • إجمالي مسؤوليتنا تجاه أي مطالبة تنشأ عن هذه الشروط أو خدماتنا لن يتجاوز المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا في الـ 12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.

  • To provide customer support.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

  • We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our App (e.g., our payment provider, SMS provider, and push notification service).

  • We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Security

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

  • You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal information through your profile settings in the App.

  • You may have other rights under local data protection laws.
